1. Identify What’s Pulling You Off-Center
Ask yourself: What’s been loud in my life lately? Is it comparison, worry, headlines, or pressure to perform? Name it. Bringing it into the light is the first step to breaking its pull.
2. Create Quiet on Purpose
Even five minutes of silence with God can reset your perspective. No music, no notifications — just you and Him. Let the stillness remind you: He’s not moved by what moves you.
3. Hold a Verse Close
Choose one scripture — maybe Hebrews 6:19, and return to it daily. Whisper it, write it, breathe it until it becomes part of you.
