This design honors Alex Pretti.

Alex was killed in Minneapolis during an immigration enforcement operation while standing up for people who were being mistreated. He saw something wrong happening and chose to step in. That choice cost him his life.

The front of this piece carries Alex’s name. The back lists the names of others in our Remember series. People from different places and different moments whose lives were taken through injustice, hate, or abuse of power.

This piece exists because looking out for one another still matters. Because community care is not theoretical. Because some people act when others stay silent.
